We provide not only exceptional, highly prepared candidates, but also the insights and hands-on support that help organizations transform how they recruit, engage, develop, and advance their people. Together, we’re catalyzing meaningful and scalable change — reflected in the growing number of employers strengthening their pipelines with MLT talent and embracing workplace practices that helps advance economic mobility.

3 Million
Last year, MLT guided and influenced over 30 major employers—collectively employing more than 3 million people—by providing insights and benchmarks on living wages and benefits, helping to strengthen workplace practices that benefit their entire workforce.
Everyone should have the opportunity to build a prosperous life. Unfortunately, individual background and socioeconomic status at birth continue to play far too large of a role in determining an individual’s economic well being as an adult.
Poverty rates in the United States have declined significantly since the 1960’s. Over that same time period, however, economic mobility has gotten meaningfully worse; particularly for individuals of color.
At MLT, we’re working to build a world where economic mobility is within everyone’s reach—where people don’t just survive, but thrive, advancing as far as their talent and hard work will take them.
MLT’s story is best told through the people and partners who bring our mission to life. These success stories reveal how individuals rise, how workplaces evolve, and how long-term partnership fuels lasting change. Together, they form the narrative backbone of MLT’s 20-year journey; proof of what’s possible when talent is developed, opportunity is unlocked, and leadership becomes more inclusive.
MLT has had transformational impact on the lives and careers of thousands of individuals like me. Just as importantly, MLT is shaping America’s largest employers to ensure they are the types of inclusive, meritocratic workplaces that enable all of their talent to thrive and, in turn, ensure they are competitive domestically and globally. I’m grateful that BCG recognizes the value partnering with MLT brings, and I’m proud to include MLT as one of my highest philanthropic priorities.”
