“We use MLT primarily to recruit emerging talent into our organization. The impact that MLT has had on FICO has been nothing short of amazing. We started our partnership with them in 2021, and since then, every summer we’ve had interns from MLT, and the impact they’ve had can not be understated.”

How it Works

MLT provides each Employer Partner with curated candidate engagement and recruitment opportunities. Your organization is assigned a relationship manager to assess the partnership’s objectives and implement recruiting strategies to drive “best-fit” candidate interest to specific summer internship and full-time opportunities.

As a Partner, you have access to searchable databases for resumes, profiles, and career interests of CP talent. MLT provides Partners with virtual and in-person recruiting events, opportunities to build brand and widen interest, and targeted candidate suggestions, often ahead of standard on-campus recruitment cycles.
